Upgrade your custom drug. Choose to add one feature onto your drug; it will sell in-game or have effects. The choice is yours. 

You can either add a feature or increase your sell rate, or have both, a feature and the default sell rate. To increase the sell rate, you must have a default sell rate already.

It will keep the old feature you have on it already; it will stack on top.
